Freebie Friday! New Mercies

Walking along the beach during the off-season was so beautiful!

I looked down and saw this beautiful butterfly shell. My perfect grand-daughter was celebrating her 3rd Heavenly birthday in a few weeks. God knew she was on my mind; my heart ached a Grandma love ache. Tears with hope because we will be reunited in Heaven. God knows me and sent this shell to say He cares, understands, and loves me. My little butterfly grand baby is perfect and waiting for me.

Maybe, I thought, it's just one shell. A lost piece. A fluke? I needed the reminder that when God sends a message or does something in our lives--it's far more and far bigger than we could imagine.

His mercies are new every morning, great is His faithfulness. (Lamentations 3)

May this Palm Sunday remind you of His great love and personal care for you, too.
